Hi i am new to GPU repair and am looking for advice.

I recently damaged my GPU due to a metal cable touching the board while it was on.
The board burnt and damaged what I think is a capacitor.

See image below to see the burnt part. This is on the back of the board.

From the little that I understand, The u37 is a 5v regulator for DVI and HDMI

Is there a way I get repair this or get it repaired?

My DP ports also don't work and my PC does not seem to pick up any drivers for the GPU.
As well as GeForce experience not allowing me to install it as it states I need an NVidia card - Does this mean its dead? 🙁
