Do you provide estimates?

Yes, we can provide you with an estimate based on the information you give us about your device. Please keep in mind that it is the customer’s responsibility to reach out for an estimate prior to sending their device. Once we receive the device, it is our responsibility to work on it asap, and we assume you have already received a quote. Feel free to contact us via our contact form to ask for an estimate for repair for your device. Also keep in mind, that estimates are a ball-park cost based on the information we receive about your device. It can be more or less depending on the damage. 

What is the turnaround time for repair?

Our current repair turnaround time is 4-8 weeks. For expedited service (extra $95 fee), the turnaround time is 1-9 days. Please keep in mind that this is just an estimate, and the time can be more or less depending on the damage of your device, the repair queue, etc. 

Do you offer any warranties on the repairs?

Yes, all repairs are covered by a 60-day warranty, given that your device is having the same issues you sent it in for. Customer is only responsible for shipping in this case, and we will re-diagnose and re-attempt to fix it at no extra charge.

Are you offering Training Courses?

Are you accepting GPU repairs?

Yes, we are currently accepting GPU repairs again. Please keep in mind that there is a 50/50 chance of successful repair. Estimated cost to fix these devices ranges from $295-$495.

Is my personal information private?

We will sometimes ask clients for personal information such as name, e-mail address, or phone number. Providing us your information will simply help us locate your account, provide technical support, and answer your questions. NorthridgeFix will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Those steps include limiting access to client information databases, communicating this policy statement to all NorthridgeFix employees establishing and enforcing penalties for violation of this statement. We does not sell, rent, or give away personal information to other companies. For your convenience and added security, all information submitted thru our contact us or shopping cart page are encrypted and sent to us via 128bit SSL secured socket layer.

Do you store my credit card information?

NorthridgeFix does not see or store credit card information. We use a third-party payment processor that specialize in credit card security. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards, checks, money orders, and wire transfers. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we have a 30-day money back guarantee on all shop items, given that they have not been used. For full details on our return policy and processes, please head over to our Return Policy page. 

Can I track my orders on your site?

Yes, you can! Once you make a purchase, you can create a new account on our website. Or you can click on “Register” on our top bar and create a new account. Once you have placed an order, you can click on “Track My Order”, and followup with the status of your products.
