How long does a repair take

Many of our repairs are completed in 1-48 hours, however we offer no guarantees of how long your service will take. Most Phone and Tablet screen repairs are serviced same day unless parts are out of stock or special order needed. 

Do you provide free estimates

We provide free estimates on all standard supported products, however some non-standard devices might require a quoted estimate fee due to the difficult, time-consuming, or technical nature of diagnosing them. Estimates can typically be given in person and on the spot , but can occasionally take up to next business day. Over-the-phone estimates are non-binding. Any estimate given over the phone is intended for informational purposes only so that our customers can have some idea of what to expect, but unless we physically inspect the device, we cannot offer an accurate or binding estimate.

Do you offer warranty on your services

We offer 60 day warranty on all repairs. If for any reason an issue from the original work order recurs within 60 days, we will perform the service again at no extra charge. All parts used to services your device are also guaranteed for 60 days from the date of the service. The guarantee does not cover physical damage, or issues that may develop within the guarantee period that are not related to services performed or to the original issue or symptom diagnosed and repaired.

Do you store credit card information

NorthridgeFix does not see or store credit card information. We use a third-party payment processor that specialize in credit card security. 

Is my personal information private

We will sometimes ask clients for personal information such as name, e-mail address, or phone number. Providing us your information will simply help us locate your account, provide technical support, and answer your questions. NorthridgeFix will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Those steps include limiting access to client information databases, communicating this policy statement to all NorthridgeFix employees establishing and enforcing penalties for violation of this statement. We does not sell, rent, or give away personal information to other companies. For your convenience and added security, all information submitted thru our contact us or shopping cart page are encrypted and sent to us via 128bit SSL secured socket layer.
