Shop Return Policy

At NorthridgeFix, your satisfaction is our priority. We want your experience to be 100% positive and we work hard to provide flawless products and services. In the (rare) event your purchase does not meet your expectations, we want to answer the important questions for you about our return and exchange policies.

Need to return an item?

We have a 30-day policy. Once 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund or an exchange. This is why we encourage our customers to let us know if they are dissatisfied with their purchase as soon as possible, so we never have to say “no” to you.

If you choose to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. You can call to request an RMA number for your return or fill out the form at with the Subject RMA and we’ll process an RMA for your return. Please note that an RMA is an authorization that your return request is approved to be inspected and processed. It is not a shipping label. Customers are responsible to purchase a shipping label to return items back to NorthridgeFix. You must include a receipt or proof of purchase for your return to be processed. 

Need to refund a purchase?

To receive a refund of your purchase, we must first receive and inspect the item you wish to return. The NorthridgeFix staff will notify you via email when we have received your return and when we’ve determined whether or not your refund is approved. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Orders paid with PayPal

If order was paid for via PayPal, A 5% non refundable PayPal fee will be deducted from your refund. This is the fee that PayPal does not give back when we refund your order. 

Restocking fee

We charge 20% on restocking fee on all returns

Shipping charge

Shipping charge is the responsibility of the buyer both ways.

If you don’t receive your refund?

If you have received notification that your refund is approved but have not received your refund yet, first double check your bank account. If it isn’t there, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your credit card company still hasn’t received the refund, contact your bank as refunds sometimes get held up in processing. If none of these previous steps yield results, please contact us so that we can ensure you receive your refund.

Do you refund sale items?

We can only refund regular priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Drop in our store, or use our contact us form to notify us and we will provide you with an RMA number so we can keep track of your return.

If we are exchanging a faulty item, we will pay for shipping cost. If you are refunding or exchanging a non-defective item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
