You will receive an email from us with your ticket PDF. Print and place in package with your device. Mail to the provided address.

STEP 3

We work on your device. You pay when device is fixed. We mail package back to you after payment. Note: Current repair time is Approx. 2-4 weeks. Choose expedited service if repair is urgent,. Expedited repairs are handled within 1-3 business days.

As of 7/15/21 we are no longer accepting Graphics Cards mail-ins. We currently have an overwhelming number of graphics cards in the repair Queue. We will update this message once we start accepting graphics cards again. All cards mailed after the above mentioned date will be either recycled or mailed back unfixed at owners expense.
