The GPU died a year ago suddenly while gaming, but I tried it last night and it worked fine until I noticed that 8-PIN #1 never draws more than 3.00W!. So I lowered the power limit via Afterburner to ease the load on the only other 8 pin connector (i dont really know what I'm doing).
The GPU was on full load while I took the photo that's attached.

Seem to have the same problem. PC crashed, wouldnt turn on etc, now turns on but only 8pin 1 draws power. the second one only pulls 2 watts MAX
