Hello,
I am new to the forum. I know a little bit about electronics.
I have an Asus notebook that doesn't start, the screen is always black.
The keyboard lights up wearing.

I'm not sure where to look.
I have 19v at the power connector.
I have noticed some defects already on the first picture.
I have 19v on the green points.
I don't have 19v on the red dots in the picture, more like 0v.
The voltages in blue are present about 20 seconds after the connection of the power supply. Then the blue voltages go to 0V
The Mosfets on this picture are not shorted.
The NCP81215D is not hot.
Do you have a troubleshooting for this picture ?
