Hello, i got a switch thats not powering on.   Do not have a usb meter to get the charging values yet. Started to measure the caps on the board and found one shorted cap near the lcd connector and another one that has no connection to ground. No beep and measures 8megaohms.      Do you have some ideas where to look now
