Hello, I have a Quadro M4000 graphics card but when i start PC displays the following message "Please power down and connect the PCIe power cables for this graphics card", obviously the cable is plugged in.
I checked under the thermal imaging camera that the card is working and drawing power
I don't have the schematics to the card, do any of you know what is responsible for the signal about connecting additional power supply

I have a second identical card and it works normally on this power supply. I also checked another power supply and it is the same
