Hi,
Got a motherboard that will not post.
Tested cpu, ram, psu, all OK.
Started measuring and these components seems to be shorted, any thoughts?
If it is the mosfets, any idea where to get these?
Components marked in red.

Check PCH, most common fault on this generation Optiplex

Any suggestions on how I would go about checking the PCH, I mean where to start?

Update:
Started to search for hot spots and found a chip heating up even though the pc would shut down.
Realtek ALC3234, audio codec ic. De-soldered that and the pc now works.
