Hi Guys, I am working on an Acer Aspire 5 that does not charge the battery, then randomely not powering on. I identified a shorted Mosfet, removed it and laptop powers on without MOSFET. 

Can anyone help me identify MOSFET? label reads L3 GUD 4U0T01. I cannot find a data sheet anywhere. Is there a substitute mosfet? can I use any similar looking mosfet from a different brand donor board?
