When I disconnect the PCIEs from the gpu, the first 2 flash once then show solid red but the 3rd just stays a solid red. When the PCIE is plugged into the first two, the pc posts and gets into windows without detecting the 3090. With the 3rd PCIE in, the psu makes a clicking sound and the entire pc doesnt start. Any advice?
