It's been 2 months since they dolly responded. It's now 112 days of no repair. They don't email or recieve phone calls. I've notified the BBB and California Attorney General. I'm moving forward with a criminal case. I recommend contacting the FBI and the FTC for deceptive ads and online fraud. Alex only does youtube videos. He's not repairing anything that doesn't get hits on youtube. It would be very easy to have someone answer email or phone calls. This guy is a bum and a scammer.
