Hi,
I have this part marked 12H36 (Q308) in SOT23 package that has released the internal smoke, its on a buffer board from a XB271HU ACER monitor. Its placed in a circuit with an AOU P303-19 - so maybe a schematic on this DC-DC converter could also help.
