Hard to tell exactly, but these appear to be tact switches.

No, they are aerial plugs / interrupts. They are used during manufacture to temporarily connect RF test equipment to measure / calibrate RF.

They are coaxial cable jacks. Had one brake of my phone once I dropped it on the concrete and had bad call reception while the signal was fairly steady. The should connect with other boards in the phone.
