Hello All, have an XFX AMD Radeon VII 16GB. When plugged into motherboard it powers up, fans spin but there is no video output. I can use an additional video card to post and boot into Windows. With both cards in device manager shows the XFX AMD Radeon VII 16GB without any errors. Drivers can load without issue. The card is out of warranty and I am willing to dismantle to diagnose. Amy ideas where to begin troubleshooting?
