Despite attempting to turn it on using different button combinations, my Nintendo Switch would not power on.

I decided to disassemble it and discovered that several larger capacitors were shorted (attached photo). However, the capacitors near the charging components (M92T36 and PI3) were not affected.

Could any experts offer guidance on how to troubleshoot and repair my Nintendo Switch? Thank you in advance for your help.

I would out forth that it is likely only 1 capacitor that is truly shorted.  These large ones are likely in parallel which would make it seem that all are shorted.  Use a voltage injection tool with a thermal camera to see which one is actually shorted.   If you don't have that equipment, than shotgun each one.  Remove them and test for a short of the removed one.  There are only a few, so it shouldn't take long.  Ifyou review past videos you will see that while many components test shorted to ground, it is usually only 1 that is in fact shorted.

Good luck.
