Hi, I a Acer nitro 5 that is not indicating charge light only blue light when fully charged. It is also not switching on. My question is when identifying a short what is the expected resistance power rails and ground. At some capacitors I'm getting 5ohms on positive side and 0 on ground. What is the resistance to determine there's a short?
