Hi my nintendo switch is charging Slowly i used the type c pcb tester all values seem OK

The charging is at 14.6V and between 0.6 and 0.8A while charging is that normal?

The first thing I would do is try a new battery. Old or faulty batteries can charge slow or may not charge 100% and drain quick.
