hi got problem with 2012 macbook pro black screen no image & back light test u9000 LCD_IG_PWR_EN no output any help would be great . works with external monitor

I'm Assuming it's the A1286 model. Do you have an voltage reading on pin 2,3. What about Pin 4 of the LCD connector when battery is plugged in. A faulty battery indicator could also cause this problem. Disconnect the flex and see if it helps.

@alex as he said its macbook pro 13 2012,,so assume the motherboard code is 820-3115-B and model will A1278 and not A1286 which is 15 inch..

i have the same model with no image on the screen but backlight comes on i checked all filters are good by checking continuity mode (they beep)...for the time i spent working on this board i ended conclude that southbridge intel is problem,,please if someone has more information on this problem let share info
