when I first started trying to fix this G14, it would cut all power (charge light would go off) when power button was pressed. Found UP9505S had damage at pin 16, and damage to the trace. Got a replacement chips, fixed the trace. Now it powers on, keyboard lights up for a second, CPU fan spins, and after about 15 seconds both fans spin at max. Must hold power button for nearly 10 seconds to shut off, and if both battery and charger are connected it powers back on. Powers on if battery is connect and I connect the charger. While on, GPU gets 0.8v, CPU gets no power. Is this one toast?
