My 2018 iPad Pro 11 had an power IC chip replacement yesterday and I checked everything near the third party repair center and also the Apple Pencil 2 but without screen protector, everything worked fine but after using the screen protector the pencil works only at the bottom portion of iPad, it doesn’t work at middle and top portion no matter how hard I press. BTW I was using the same screen protector before the repair and it worked without any issues.
