I have a Gigabyte G32QC monitor, is this something that you can fix?

We don't work on Curved Monitors. Looking at the attached image, I can't tell if the dark vertical line issue is motherboard or LCD related. Maybe someone else on this forum can shed some light.

Ok, that's great, thanks it's actually a backlight issue from my searching on Google Just can't find anyone locally where I am, and gigabyte repair center might just rip me off hehe

The symptom shown is likely due to one or more LEDs that have failed in a single strip.  If you can open up the monitor and get to the strips, you might find replacement strips on Ebay for instance.  Many of these strips are plugged together so are simple to replace once you gain access to them.  I have replaced individual LEDs as well, but that does take specialized equipment to avoid damaging the strip.  Worse case is that you purchase a damaged unit of the same model and use a strip from there.
