Can you use solder mask to stick replacement pads to the board and then after the uv light scrape mask off of the replacement pad? Will soldering something on the pad remelt the mask?

People always like to create more work for themselves. UV mask is not crazy glue. It's only used to mask. It's not practical to apply everywhere then scrape to expose pads. uv under the pad will not harden. Apply as needed an avoid doing more work then you have to.
