my hp laptop not turn on ,when i press the power key LCD on 3 second than turn off.... what is the problems?

my hp laptop not turn on whan i press powerkey LCD1 turn and wait 4 second ..how can i fix ...........please help me

take it to the local repair shop or email it to alex. they'll do the job. you probably just gonna ruin the board if trying to work on advance board like laptop board without any advance skill or experience on SMD electronic
