74LVC1G32GW is what it looks like to me. You'll have to make sure you order the correct package size/shape though as the data sheet says it comes in three variations.

Glad you got it sorted. Did it all work as hoped?
Went to download the board and found a short in one of the ICs. Now I need to replace that as well. It is labeled 15023E which appears to be a voltage regulator. Only place I can find it is in China so I'll probably be waiting a month for the slow boat to get here.

Atleast the initial problem has been solved.
Not sure where you live. But here in the UK it takes about 10 says to get things from china; it really depends on your supplier though. As I do bulk ordering I can get it here in 7 or less.

In the US (Idaho). I could only find it from vendors on AliExpress and they estimated 30 days for shipping. I guess it could end up being faster.
Ah okay, I don't know vendors in the USA. I have had good experiences with AliExpress. To the UK it's 15 days or less. But they have just come out of a shutdown so expect a delay.
