It's not a Mosfet although top 4 pins are all connecting together, Bottom pins have separate lines which do not fall in the category of this being a Mosfet. The numbers on the chip appear to be specific to the maker of the device so they can hide what what chip is all about. This is a common practice used by some device makers to obscure details and prevent the device from being copied or fixed.
