Hi all,

I bought the 96 LED Microscope Super Bright Ring Light kit from the Northridge website.

After some time, the adapter stops working and makes the LCDs flash on and off.

I opened the device and it looks like a resistor has been burned, but I can not find the value.

I can only hope that this is the only component that has been damaged.

Can anyone with the same kit please tell me the value to make a repair?

Thanks

Theo

I have no clue and never had to open one before. When you say LCD flashing. What do you mean. Take a photo if you can.

hi

I found the value of the resistor in the end with another similar box

after some digging into the problem, making flashing the LEDs turns out to be the optoisolator.

thanks anyway for taking a look
