The Uni-T 260B is an excellent camera for the Money. I already have the Flir E60, why waste and use another camera when we can't even keep stock for the Uni-t. The camera is currently out of stock and we are excepting a shipment by July 27 2022.

Can you please respond to my post.   I bought one of these cameras and from day 1 you can ONLY turn on once.  Once it powers off you can not turn back on without waiting 1 day for the battery to discharge.  I tried to contact Uni-T Directly and got no response, I tried to get Northridge to contact Uni-T and got no response.   I asked to return the product and get replaced with a new one and was told their would be a 10% restocking fee ???  I also have to pay $70 AUD Freight to return the faulty Product back to North Ridge Fix and the Freight to Ship to Me.  So I am the looser not NorthRidgeFix.   I also bought the Macro Lense  and the one shipped did not come with the double sided tape to attach to the Unit like yours did in the video.   The unit does seem good when it works  but I am scared if the support is this poor from Uni-T and the Warranty support is this poor, Is this good value for money.  Am I better spending the money on a Fluke  which has excellent Warranty and Support.  I have shipped back the Uni-T and macro lense for you to look at.  There might have been a simple button combination to Factory reset but support for the product seems to be non existent.  Any one else has similar issues ??

Uni-T is best value for the money and the features on this camera beat both Fluke and Flir in the same category. Check our video reviews to learn more. According to a support ticket that was opened with Dolly, we did ask you to mail the camera back so we can inspect it We still haven't received anything from you as of yet. Make sure the item is shipped back to us within 60 days from time of purchase and include your order number so we can look you up and locate your order. 

Thank you @alex for the reply.  I do not disagree with you about the value for money of the camera the reason I bought it.  My issue is support when something goes wrong from Uni-T.  Even you the wholesaler cannot get any support from them.    The unit has been shipped back.  I just checked and the delivery says it is on route with local carrier so you should have soon.
