Started with electronics repair in 1980 on a regular basis.  Been working on equipment ever since.  Was the "repair" guy for multiple music stores as well as my own for many years.  Mostly part time now, but provide micro-soldering services to local shops and individuals.  Started working with SMD devices using only a loupe and a fine tipped soldering iron.  Now with the microscope and hot air, it is a lot easier.
