Can anyone help identify a replacement for this transistor? I have searched every source I can find using the reference numbers printed on the component – D1028 BK411 – but can’t find it or an equivalent anywhere.

It’s on a Roland digital piano power supply.

It could be a 2SD1028 also. It is quite common to eliminate the “2S’ from transistor designations.

Many thanks to you both for helping out.

I think it is more likely the 2SD1028 because of the second part of the serial number is BK411 and there are many listings for a 2SD1028B. The transistor in question is from a digital piano power supply so I am guessing no high voltages or currents.

I am trying to track down a supplier of a 2SD1028B and it is much harder than I ever thought it would be.

            Best wishes

friend i think is the same transistor, you can contact whit the store in ali and if you read the ali publication marks “KTD1028B KTD1028 D1028B” and if you see the first picture you can see the “B” letter after d1028 and finallly the bk411 its irrelevan because is info of the year of creation and production and other irrelevant info, but its your call friend. regards!!!
