I am looking for some help identifying the values of these two missing components.
The graphic card is a zotac 3060ti - chip number GA104-202-A1
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

The missing components look like capacitors. Chances of getting the Spec sheet of the GPU die on which these missing components are is very slim. One thing you could probably try is to remove the capacitor next to it and measure its value. The 2 missing components will most probably be the same value. But please have a professional technician do that.
