Hi guys! I have a Sapphire RX 5600 xt pulse be which has all voltages present, no short, but no picture. Fans are not spinning, led is not working, but the gpu is getting hot. The computer posts because the rgb on my keyboard turns on. The debug led on my motherboard lights up at the gpu. It is not present in device manager as a secondary gpu. I wrote a new bios to the card (1 was available on techpowerup), nothing changed. After that I asked Sapphire to send me a bios for this exact model, but this doesnt work either. I checked the pex reset, which seems to be good (i added pictures about the pcb and my measurements at the andgate). All the pcie lanes are good, as well as the caps over the pcie lanes (these caps are between 175 and 230nF). I replaced the crystal oscillator with another from an rx 5700 (the replacement was not the exact same), still nothing. Any idea how to continue finding the problem?
