I need to retrieve data from old Seagate ST31230N SCSI HD which while rebooting several times developed short circuit smell and stopped spinning. I see no obvious burns on PCB which is #75786596-B3 I believe. I attach a photo of the board. I'm not sure it's the PCB. What do you advise? Thanks for any information
