Hi guys, my laptop (Razer blade 14 with AMD CPU) doesn't post but had a green flashing led. I poked around and nothing stood out except on one of the CPU power rails I read around 12 volts, the other three are around 1 volt, the resistance on all of them is about 5 ohms. Is my CPU cooked or is there still a chance? If so what should I do next?
