I work on consoles and PC's professionally and have been for a long time; but this has me stumped. I have a voltage tester and I know that the Switch systems charge at 15v. But, for some reason after changing the Power IC and the charge port it's only showing the system drawing 5v and obviously nothing is displaying or working with that low voltage. What would cause it to only draw 5v? Any help would be great thank you!
