Hello my name Ahmad i am from nigeria i have a shop two customers came to me with the same issue one of the laptop is an msi gs63vr and the other is msi ge63vr. The problem that they have is strange the problem the laptop will turn on no boot logo, no display or display backligt. And no signal to external monitor. The wierd thing is the laptop both intergrated and dedicated graphics which all dont display on a external monitor i dont know what to do can any one help

You can check on the keyboard if the motherboard comes up by pressing the caplock if it respond...
You can start from there.
And I am also from Nigeria.
