Hey friend, what is the KB update your system is running? Have you ran CMD checker? Also, have you checked the permissions? What way are you formating the drive, manually deleting each file, or actually running full format? Finally, what are the system platform specs?

Please understand that this kind of issue is very common and each situation has different variables, the more information pertaining to the problem, the better.

Hey Zach, thanks for your reply.

KB: KB5027293

Yes, I ran the CMD Hard drive checker, about permissions I did check it on the hard drive but you can let me know if there is another place to make sure more.

I tried all kinds of formatting, by CMD, deleting the files, by programs like DISKGENIUS, EASEUS ... etc but none works.

Specs:
Ryzen 7 5800H
RTX 3070
32GB Ram
Windows 10 Pro 22H2 build 19045.3155

Hopefully, I provide you with all the necessary information.
