Hello. How are you guys?

I've a Lenovo in my bench, it does not power on.

I've cheked first all the Standby voltages, and they all are presents.

In my PSU, when I press the power button, the current draw is only 0.050mah for, something like, 5 seconds, after that, the device just turn off again. After some time, it just try to start again by itself.

When I press the power button, I see that the 1.8v to the CPU shows up, but the 1.2v for the RAM and the other 2 coils that should supply the CPU does not show at any moment. I've also noted that, as soon as the device turns off, the 3.3v and 5v that should be standby, are gone, and they only came back when I press the power button again.

Any suggestion?

I'm thinking about the SuperIO or maybe the PCH that could be damaged.

Customer said that the device was turned on, she rebooted the device, and it just died. When she bringed it, it was not even showing the charge light. After opening it and reseting the cable it started to show charge light, power light, but no power at all.
