So far, I have tested the LVDS cable (good), LVDS connectors (MB and screen are good), AND I am in the process of re-capping at least 10 6.3V 1500uF caps (serios bulging). I verified that there are only 3 diagnostics LED'S illuminated (out of 4) so this is leading me to believe the MB is not communicating with the display. No chime on startup. Possibly a filter, however I am not quite sure which one to check. Oh yeah, I did also verify the fuse on the display was good. Any help is greatly appreciated. No, back to my re-capping. Take care!!

...not sure what "Awaiting Moderation" entails (posted 1/4/2024), however just to follow up. Th iMac is now repaired. Replaced bulging/faulty caps, re-flowed the GPU chip, applied new thermal pads and paste, and the device is ready for service yet again. Posting this so snyone that "may" experience this issue with an iMac late 2006(white) can have some kind of avenue to pursue. Stay safe out there...
