qwerty row keys not working on Alienware area51 m r2 it works sometimes when pressing hard. my wireless mouse receiver got broken in the port and i took it out or it code be a software problem I have tried almost any driver troubleshooting , I got this message in device manager Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) a request for the USB device descriptor failed.it never disappear this happened after the mouse receiver issue.
