I dont presume to answer for the host, but those are done by people who own the laser machines, mostly cell phone shops, the lasers that eat the adhesive below the glass then allowing for glass to be removed easy. lots of BreaknFix places are doing these now, the machines are around 3k so its an investment, you have to figure your going to do 30-50 units to break even. you can catch some of the videos on YouTube, its a great technology and its somewhat affordable.
