I had the battery replaced recently and it never retains charge even with the new battery. Occasionally I will see the batter register 1% and jump back to 70-80%

Consistently reboots every 2-3 minutes.

I wiped it and rescued from USB attached to computer. iPadOS 16.7.1.

Is this even worth the money to fix?
