You indicated that you have not found a compatible usb-c a year ago for the HP Spectre. I have a HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ap000 CTO with two usb-c ports damaged. One port works for power but does not allow me to have two screens to be plugged in or allow me to charge my iphone - it just pops up error over and over in windows. The second port the pins are ripped off the board. Is this repairable?
