Hi all! My first post, but I'd like to say I religiously watch all of your videos Alex lol.

So I have this card, it's been gathering dust for over 2 years now and I decided it'd be a learning experience if I tried to fix it (rather fix than add to more e-waste). Even if it's not repairable at least I'd gain knowledge. The card has all the voltages Galax GTX 1060 6GB OC, but card has no display and system does not detect it at all nor does MATS. Before I replaced this card it was working fine and then one day power the system up everything booted up fine and heard the windows chime, but no signal. If anyone can give any insight on what/where else to measure for resistance, voltages please do so(could there be a short causing the no display?). I'd really appreciate it.
