Hi,
I have worked on quite a few laptops. Some of the ones I have worked on will have a shorted MOSFET and when injecting voltage, a few amps will be drawn with the chipset getting hot. Does this indicate a problem with the chipset? I have never seen one on Alex's videos! If it is not the chipset could someone please advise how to identify the faulty component?
