Hello, I need help with iPad Air 2. It is charging at 2.2A on 5V when I plug into charging port, but it goes to 0.01A once it boots to Lock Screen and 1% battery percentage.

I replaced charging port and Tristar (1610A1) and that did not fix the issue and I do not know what else it could be.

has anyone else seen this before?
