I have a Acer Nitro 5 N200C1 that im working on that wont power up or show signs of charging. I have already replaced the battary as the original one was testing at 0V, New one tests fine. Im able to also test 19.5V coming into the board. Ive included a few pictures to something i have found that may or may not be an issue. Both of the caps tested short, upon removing them the pads then tested short, Upon removing the chip they are around (NCP81307) The pads still test short.
When it comes to a solder iron im good, When it comes to diagnosing an issue im not as good but working on it. Any points in the right direction here would be awesome
