Good morning. There is something I always ask myself. Test a GPU without a heat sink after sheltering it is not dangerous? I have always known that it reaches very high temperatures in a few seconds without a heat sink. Please explain myself better. Thank you very much.

You're absoulutly right it reaches high temp for a few seconds. You just only need to see the boot screen to make sure the GPU actually works. It saves a lot of time that way, so you dont have to fully reassemble it and find out it doesnt work and dont see the boot screen, and then have to disassemble it again which takes a lot of time
