That appears to be a diode in a SMB package. Possible a 600W zener made by ON but I was unable to cross the markings in a cursory search. Do you have an identical LED to reverse engineer and do some circuit analysis? Shame the pads came with it when you removed the component, you'll have to repair those as well. Is this just for practice and experience I hope? Can't imagine it's cost effective or even worth your time to repair the constant current driver for the LED vice purchasing a new one...
